I can take the same picture but it would require a lot of cropping to get the same result (and of course the quality would be ... well, bad)

The only thing I could say about this is, I think it would have been better if you would have photographed his elbow too, now it's cropped of. I think many wouldn't even notice though so it's isn't a biggie

but I was wondering, do you know the name of the other tiger? I think she's the female :] She's much smaller than Hermes and all the times I went to blijdorp she has been much closer on her (heated) stone still got some photos to submit of her... Friday when I was there she was lying on her back with her paws in the air, silly tiger!

And I'm going again around 2 o 'clock

the first time I went to Blijdorp again (somewhere two weeks ago) there where many children screaming, Hermes was really stressed out and walking up and down his enclosing (which reminds me of a Jurassic parc cage ) and all those parents, why don't they say something about it? I mean (for me) it's obvious the tiger doesn't like it... I understand children haven't always learned that, but not saying anything won't make them learn either...
